Q:What is your return policy?

A:Unless the item is described "AS IS," every item is guaranteed for at least thirty days. If you encounter a problem with your purchase during the first thirty calendar days, e-mail us at scottokie@scottokie.com or call us at 405-354-4100.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:We ship five mornings a week. Payments received before 12 Midnight CST/CDST tonight will ship before 12 Noon CST/CDST tomorrow (Monday through Friday). Most of our shipments are via First Class or Priority Mail. According to USPS.COM, Priority Mail Shipments are expected in 2-3 business days, but not guaranteed in that timeframe.  First Class Mail is 2-5 days.

Q:Will you charge me sales tax on my purchase?

A:Only if your shipping address is in the state of Oklahoma. Congress is working hard to find a way to make all of us pay sales tax on every online purchase. If you disagree with this, you need to write your Congressmen today!
